Box Office

KEY DATES: 
- The Box Office opens on Monday the 4th April 2022
- Priority Bookings for WWAOS Members close on Sunday, the 3rd April 2022. If you are interested in securing priority tickets, have a look at our Membership & Fees options or speak with a WWAOS member. 
- You can book tickets via the flyer being sent in by mail (see below) but tickets will not be dispatched ​until Monday the 06th April.
- Opening Night: Tuesday the 10th May ​
Tickets can quickly be booked online, once the Box Office opens on April the 4th, though if you prefer an offline booking, you can call 0845 519 6242 or download the flyer and send your booking in by mail.​

Tickets are available online, by phone or you can buy tickets at the box office at the theatre on the night. Please note that the show will start at 7.30 pm (2.30 pm for the Matinee), so if you still need to buy your tickets, you should leave enough time to buy them. If you are too early then why not try our Bird themed drinks in our Bar?

​The Cecil Hepworth Playhouse has two types of seating. Level, which includes the first half of rows, and tiered toward the back of the theatre. A full list of our prices are below:

​"Hello Dolly!" - 2023

Hello Dolly!, tells the story of Dolly Levi a strong-willed matchmaker who travels to Yonkers, New York in order to find a match for the miserly "well-known unmarried half-a-millionaire" Horace Vandergelder. In doing so, she convinces his niece, his niece's intended and Horace's two clerks to travel to New York. Featuring the classic songs "Put on Your Sunday Clothes", "It Only Takes a Moment" and the title song "Hello Dolly"

  • Occasionally auditions may take longer than anticipated, should this be the case they may be carried over to the following Tuesday and/or Thursday.
  • If you are unable audition on the date above, or can't be free the entire time, please ensure to indicate this on the audition form. 
    If the information is not on the audition form, we may not be able to accommodate your unavailability, even if you have conveyed this information to the Production Team in some other way. 
  • Please note that only fully paid up members of the society will be able to audition. Any persons in deficit of this payment will not be permitted to audition. Further details are available on the Audition Form page.
  • If you would like to join the cast as a member of the Chorus you don't need to audition, but you do need to be a WWAOS member. ​​
